if this is a more experience batman , is it then possible there is already
a nightwing or a robin involved ?

No, otherwise it would have been nearly impossible for Batman to remain under the radar for so long. If he graduated from University at say 22, then left to train for 8 years and started being Batman at 30, based on Affleck he could be 35-37 in Superman/Batman. To remain under the radar for that long he can't have Robin or faced any major villains.

What do you mean? Have there been official word saying that Batman has not been active already for a period of time?

They say they want an older Batman who has been active for a while, but in Man of Steel people wouldn't have acted so surprised by Superman if they already knew about Batman which means Batman needs to have been operating in secret.

So you're saying that just because there exists a crime fighter (maybe even more) people would not be surprised to learn that an alien has been living among us for 33 years?
Just because no one mentions Batman in MoS should not be proof that people don't know about him.

They have also said Superman is the first superhero in this universe, which means Batman isn't recognised as a superhero before the arrival of Superman.

Okay then. I'm just going from what has been shown on screen.

I've seen this mentioned a lot. Where exactly was this said?
As to the OP's question, I would say, in this movie, Nightwing would be out, for sure. Not enough "room", if you will.

No.

I have already covered why elsewhere, so I'll keep it brief here: the second you introduce ANYTHING that would increase the likelihood of his existence being discovered by the general public, you ruin what Man of Steel established.

I think up until MOS The Batman is considered a myth.

Yes, but they will save Robin/Nightwing in the solo movies

Exactly; he also has to have stayed completely off of the radar, which means no rumors of his existence can have leaked outside of Gotham, and if you start saying that he's A) been operating for a prolonged period of time (say, 10 years), B) has fought the likes of Joker, Penguin, Riddler, etc., and C) has already mentored one or more protoges, you decrease the likelihood of rumors of his existence having stayed confined to Gotham's city limits, which in turn ruins what MoS did with regards to the public's reaction to Clark. If there were even the slightest rumors out there circulating amongst the general population about the existence of The Batman, the reaction to Clark would not have been almost universally negative.
