So when Batman joins the JL has he had Robin as a sidekick is there a Nightwing or a Batgirl?

So to answer your question, yes, eventhough Batman is with the JL, Nightwing, Batgirl and Robin are in Gotham (doing their own thing).

Batman is not an official member of the Justice League of America I thought.

everything was set up in the first 2 episodes of JL, everyone but batman is a full-time member, bats is on call. but that is becasue he gave them the watchtower, and keeps wonder woman from hitting on superman.

Can batman really not be considered full time. I mean he cant stop natural disasters(which is where the league does a lot of its stuff). He does what he can.

Anyway jl takes place after btas series and gotham knights. It takes place a year or 2 after legacy in superman(which was probably a year after worlds finest). Whether return of the joker events happened yet is unlikley given batman isnt shut off.

It makes sense why Batman is not full time JLA member. If he were to be gone from Gotham more than he is when he does help out all chaos would break loose in Gotham cause the villains don't fear Robin or the others as much as Bats.
