I saw Pitch Black when it first came out on dvd and I just couldn't get into it. I waited and waited to see Chronicles of Riddick and I finally did when 2 friends said it was awesome. It sucked. And was a waste of my time.

Pitch Black was fantastic .... If Riddick ever returns they need to take him back to an intense horror/action story like that.

As Pitch Black was (George Lucas style) retroactively named a Chronicle of Riddick, and there is both an animated DVD and a video game, you have your four Chronicles of Riddick right there. And since the franchise itself was hardly popular, be thankful for that.
