Age of Ultron No strings on me... Ultron's Origin (Spoilers)

Think it's time we discussed the origin of Ultron!

For me, I thought it was messy. I still don't know where he came from...

From what I remember;

• Stark analyses the sceptre
• He "discovers" an AI
• He uses the sceptre as a memory dump of sorts to process it
• Ultron just appears

So, was he stored within the sceptre? Was he an experiment of Strucker's? (he does hint at more work going on) And if he's in the sceptre, who put him there?!

Yeah, Ultron as an idea is a defence protocol, but where does the AI come from?

(Not sure what you mean about creating threads, this is only the second I've made, but point heard )
