NOOO!! The End Of Reading Rainbow

I used to fricking LOVE the theme song for Reading Rainbow. It made me feel...so positive and wholesome inside as a child.

Now I'm all corrupt and ****.

Reading Rainbow was my favorite show as a little kid. It began its airing when I was born (1983) and I watched it all of my childhood. I liked Mr. Roger's Neighborhoood a bit less and I never cared for Sesame Street.

Levar Burton is DA MAN!

I was 6 when it came on, I didn't miss an episode until I guess I was in 6th or 7th grade. Mr. Rogers was cool. Did you know he was a Vietnam vet and the reason he wore those sweaters was to cover the tattoos that ran the length of his arms?

I only ever heard that he wrote the theme song while sitting in the trenches.

Wait....... play as in "let's play a game :yay:" or play as in "let's play :nono:"

fuuuuuuuuuu, kunte was always kicking knowledge and making me feel smart and important

and the blue clues guy was really a rebel who wanted to shave his head and quit the show to pursue a music career.
