That's the problem. I 'get it' but it doesn't work out for me. A[BLACKOUT]gain, I'm not talking about his 'past life' as a real person. I'm talking about the events that happened to Cruise #1; Cruise #2 is not the same guy who killed himself to save the world. He's not the same guy who discovered his hidden cabin in the forrest. Cruise #2 may have similar curiosities but we didn't follow his story.
That being said, I think they should've just left him dead. By bringing out Cruise 2, it's like having a twin brother coming in at the end. Looks the same; different person in the long run. [/BLACKOUT]
I still liked the movie however. It's just the ending was half-assed.
Yeah this is all true, again I dont disagree with you, but Cruise 52 did have all of his memories back once he saw Julia, plus he was searching for the house in the forest Cruise 1 built, so he knew enough of Jack Harper to know he would have a house on the lake somewere, it took him 3 years to find it, but Earth is a big place.
i dont think that he searched for the house. he found the humans and they together were searching for the forest.![]()
I agree, it made sense for me that it took him 3 years to find his home. During those 3 years, all of those memories came back in one way or another.
Hopefully this did enough at the box office to get a sequel/prequel. I'd love to see more.
So I finally saw this. Surprised at how much i liked it. Probably my 3rd favorite of the year.
Liked this a lot. Great visuals and AMAZING soundtrack.
Watched this today. Still amazing visuals. I don't get the complaints on the story. I thought it was cool and compelling and held the mystery throughout. This gets a strong 9.5/10
Just watched this, loved it. The film is visually stunning, loved Cruise in this and Andrea Riseborough is gorgeous.
