Anyone see that interview a few months back on Rotten Tomatoes where Bernie Mac pretty much admitted that the Ocean's 12 script was garbage and that he pretty much did the movie for the paycheck? But that in regards of 13 , he said that it is a vast improvement and he really enjoyed himself this time around...

And I don't think a lot of people really care. This has been a real under-the-radar affair as far as promotion. For such a high-profile franchise and the additions to the already eclectic ensemble cast, I would have thought promotion of the film would have been all over the place.

just came back from this, for me, its a 8/10 movie. the final 30mins were great, so was the start but the middle laged a bit. The score was great, Al played Al, nothing new there, that was the only disappointment, i expected him to do something different. Ellen Barkin is hot

Best of this summer's threequels ...so far.

Ellen Barkin is indeed hot. And Pacino being Pacino is nothing to be disappointed about.

for me, it is, this guy use to be the best, now he cant seem to do anything other than Pachino, his character was great and all but i was really expecting something different.

The material IMO didnt need Pachino to be good, any other really good actor out there would have done just as good as Pachino IMO. The Insider is a great movie BTW, never said Pachino was crap.

Despite the fact that this was one of the safest movie sequels I've ever seen, Ocean's Thirteen is superbly entertaining. There's terrific chemistry between the lead players, with Clooney and Pitt just oozing cool.

The entire heist is uber-engaging, the film is hilarious from start to finish, and the whole thing never drags. Can't really find too many faults with this one. A really strong summer crowd pleaser.
