Everybody is all over Krista's jock. I think she is pretty, but I like Chase better. She has that cunning, seductive look. Her butt looked great in tonight's episode too. Krista on the other hand annoys me. I don't like how she is a vamp and a good guy. Anyways, for those that are a fan of Chase, post comments about her from previous and upcoming episodes.

Chase is a great villainess, but I like Krista as a good guy. If Krista didn't take the serum would she still be good? Should becoming a vampire affect a person's free will to do good or bad things? Just because vampires hunger for blood should they all automatically become evil creatures?

The most shocking moment of the whole series for me was the moment Chase was caught in the explosion. I really thought they killed her character off. Since they set her up so well, it really threw me. Even though it contradicts the burn regeneration from the first film, I'm glad they brought her back slowly. When she does finally buy it, I hope it's an epic scene.

Chase really came into her own in the last episode. Some great scenes from her. I guess her loyalty still lies with Marcus.

I'd love to see her stay on as a regular next season. Survive the war and still taut Blade and co. either that or join them in a forced alliance.

I hope to see Chase take over as the lead villian at some point. Let Blade kill Marcus and then have Chase come into her own. She's really devious and much more than just another flunky lap dog. She's totally in this for herself, all other considerations are tertiary.

I've been a fan of her's since day one. Jill Wagner really looks phoney trying to play hard. Chase (Jessica Gower) is the real badass of the show. I'd like to see her sleep with Blade. Maybe convince him she's left Marcus or something and then turn on him. Goyer and co were always saying they were gonna get 'Blade laid', what better person to do it with than Chase.

Someone who's NOT A FRICKING VAMPIRE for starters? :lol He KILLS VAMPIRES for a living, it was already pretty unbelievable that he was remotely sympathetic to Nyssa in the second movie.

Another Chase fan here. I really enjoy her character more than Krista. My favorite line of the whole series belonged to her, when she asked Krista casually, "Are you going to eat that?" referring to a dude who's neck she had just snapped.

Jill Wagner is nice looking, but Jessica Gower is hotter IMO, and she's more enjoyable. The conflicted thing is alright for drama, but Chase knowing who and what she is and reveling in it are much more sexier.

Interesting titbit. Jessica Gower originally auditioned for the role of Krista.

“My agency put me up for the main female role. Krista’s role was really prominent in the pilot and they put me up for that, naturally. The casting lady said, ‘Look, you’re much more suited for the Chase character. Do you want to come back in a half-hour after reading over some new lines and audition for her?’ And straight away I said, ‘Yeah, that sounds great.’ Reading the pilot script, the character wasn’t that big but I was told that they intended to build her up for the series, to develop her more after the pilot.”
