Dude on the last page is probably Black Lightning. Not that many electricity heroes in the DCU.

Amazons Attack looks pretty awesome I must say, even with the armies of Mordor making a guest appearance, maybe Gandalf just shot their asses?

I'd say its pretty official judging by the cover, and every single preview image ever presented relating to the character.
