I have to say, Cyclone has a really crappy costume. Even by Justice Society standards.

Pippy Long stockings with Red and White stripes with Green.... It really looks less like she made a costume, and more like she took scraps from other peoples costumes. The "cyclone" icon on her chest looks more like a snake then a tornado.

I haven't read that, and I can't imagine how that would work. The Amazons don't have any superpowers or superdefenses; other than being ageless, they should just be normal humans who are in-shape. They should be as weak against electricity -- and everything else, for that matter -- as normal people are.
