I don't know why so many people seem suprised Matt has bedded Dakota. I'm more suprised it hasn't happened sooner than it did, keeping in mind his reputation.

I can see Dakota becoming the new love of his life. Milla never really understood who or what he was. She was and is a liability to him, if he's going to continue on as DD. Dakota understands and accepts it without hesitation. And she obviously can take care of herself when the going gets rough.

Personally, I love how they have used Milla, but they might have reached a point where there's not a whole lot more that they can do with her. She's kind of served her purpose. It might be time for something new.

I'll be looking for some kind of reasonable explanation (although, I have no clue what that might be) as to why he would do this![/blackout]

I'm willing to bet that goes down as one of the steamiest "general audience" comic books I've seen in a long, long, time. I was thumbing through it when I got my subscriptions at my shop, got to that last page area and was like WHOA!...."save that one for later"t:. In fact the one thing that kinda caught me off guard was how hot they were drawing Dakota, I mean we all knew she was a super model, but I feel like the artist just upped her hotness this issue.

Matt is the resident ****e of the marvel universe.Anyways I think his marirage to Milla is a farce.He did after he became the Kingpin of Hell's Kitchen and it was a very difficult time in his life{Well when isn't it}.He was reaching for something he can't have and now whenever he sees Mill he sees guilt not love.Daredevil is just one of those heroes that should be marriend.He's Damaged just like Batman.No matter how etheir of them try they can never have a steady relationship.

Brubaker has been awesome on this book,I was a big hater on the year long Fear arc as the singles were coming out.I've read it a couple times since then,and ended up enjoying it a great deal.

Add in the Rucka arc plus this current ninja/vigilante boogie,and DD is still a must read every month.

I didn't really like the whole "Lady Bullseye" thing but its the crappy gimmick I thought it would be at all and now I'm really enjoying it. I wish the old man would get to the point a bit faster though.

Yea the next 2 issues need to ramp it up since this is only a 5 parter.

Plus MU characters like Wolvie and Shang Chi showing up would be kick ass.

Any guesses as to what LB is up to? She's clearly fixated on destroying Matt for some reason, whereas the Hand in general wants to leave him alone for now.

Nice,if it's your first time reading it,you're in for a treat and some of the best superhero comics of the last 10 years.

Anyways,the current LB arc is a nice change of pace and I love the hole Brubaker has put Murdock in.Sure writers put their main characters in jams alot,but this one is a total cluster**** and puts a big spotlight on Matt's moral compass.

I love how this is all going to lead into the return of the Kingpin.

In other related Brubaker news,I picked up Criminal Vol.1-3 today.Reviews later!

I dont knw if this is true or not but i was talking to my comic book store owner few days ago and he told me that there's big rumors going round that Marvel might restart Daredevil by the end of the year, similar to what they did with Spiderman in One More Day. Since DD's i.d. is pretty much public now, marvel feels like they have to bring DD back to basics like they did with Spidey. This is what the guy said, its just speculation but do you guys think there's any truth to it? I hope to Jesus Christ this isn't true, cause DD's comics have been on fire since Bendis' run.

Doubtful; the book's chugging along fine, getting lots of acclaim, and it generally flies under the editorial radar. Plus, outing him was Bendis' idea, and his ideas generally aren't stepped on; I can't see editorial feeling the need to impose that on him.

Remember also that Spider-Man's ID was only revealed when they were already planning a marriage reboot, the latter being the motive force; there's no comparable incentive here (Matt's breaking with his wife the old-fashioned way: by sending her to an asylum and then having her parents steal her away with an assist from an evil ninja-lawyer).

I doubt it too, but you never know, marvel's unpredictable these days. I wouldnt mind finding a way to make DD's i.d. a secret again, as long as it doesnt involve a continuity reboot like Spiderman.
