The Green Lantern official facebook page has over 190,000 likes now. :D

I never thought the CGI looked as bad as people were making it out to be, even from the first trailer. The effects look great now, to me. I imagine when people go see it in theaters, they won't be complaining. Maybe they'll be focusing on how awesome the story is. :D

A lot of that is exaggeration and some hatred.

I just recently heard a radio plug for "X-Men: First Class". They were saying that the film would give "The Dark Knight" a run. :wow:

I wouldn't go that far... but it was a bloody good movie

He died when she was a teenager. Arisia was being trained from an early age to be a Green Lantern by her father.
Yeah i was replying to the poster who implied that we'd get no Arisia since her father died.

Oh... on second thought... he could have meant that we'll see her since they re aknowledging her father. Oh well...

Heard the same from quite a few people. I guess I'll find it out whether it's that good or not when I go see it tonight. :awesome: Hope it's that good, but I don't think it will be.

So nude pics of Blake Lively have leaked on the net. WB are getting desperate for some publicity. ;)

I thought The Sage said to drop that?

Most of people are getting used to watch everything in low resolution and small screen. A lot of them not even put videos on full screen on their computers.

I have 1080 HD screen and CGI looks pretty good in all its glory from here.

Higher resolution won't magically make the animation better. Texture was never a problem with CGI.

Certainly it will. Lower resolution video is a lot more grainier than high definition footage. The CGI animation and visual effects are very good. It's certainly not "Avatar" quality, but it is comparable.

Excellent featurette, love that moment of Tomar-Re having faith in Hal to start flying.

Oh, yeah, I'll definetly be seeing this movie...

IN AUGUST.

Lol, if you were planning on taking a trip to the US anytime soon, might be a good idea to in the next few weeks.

The relationship between Hal and Sinestro looks great, especially when Sinestro pushes him away and Hal says something like, "You don't want to do that."

Spoiling myself again with the featurette...

Awesome. I was in awe with my mouth literally opened when I saw what looks like the Green Lantern Corps flying and dug the part where Hall falls before flying with Tomar-Re.

I wonder if that was a sample of the score towards the end?

Blake Lively seems really good. I don't know why people are saying she is a terrible actress.
