Official Hulk Poster!!!

hmm....Not sure I think much of that poster. Looks almost like a fan's photo shop.

Aren't most posters made with that kind of software anyways?

I dont understand people comparing this poster with batman, for me the 2 posters of Batman were medium, but only because is Batman evrybody put in the stars, I think the people want The Incredibla Hulk will be bad, I Love Batman either I just tell the difernec of reaction for me the 2 posters of Batman weren´t better than this, no way.

Both film posters have the character (including the Joker) in a dark city setting. With exception of Bruce Banner, all three have their back faced towards the reader. They also have blue to purple colors in the background. They characters are also seen in towering angles. Joker is seen from the worm's eye view. Batman towers over Gotham from inside a building. The Hulk is so massive he towers over the horizon line. Also, the logos or titles are both backlit.

I love that poster! But it looks like this Spider-Man comic, but other than that, it's cool:

That's why I support the return to traditional poster illustration. :csad: Most of today's movie posters are generic and lazy.

That poster is alright. I want to know what they are aiming for with that treatment of Hulk's skin? I can tell they wanted it to be a bit more detailed than the skin on Ang Lee's version, but the musculature just looks a bit strange in parts, and the texture doesn't look natural.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Just hire a really good illustrator to do something that cannot be created (with relative ease) by someone at home on their computer.

That is the point, everything of Batman the public love independent of your quality, only because the Batman Begins was a great movie, but in the other direction everything about Hulk the people imediatly hate, because the 2003 quality. Why people don´t separate this, and maybe this opinions change.

Oh God, I didn't even think about the whole Edward Harrison factor. This can't be a good thing...can it?

Well, it could always be some WGA rule that would prevent him from recieving credit, if he went under Edward Norton. I think George Clooney had that same thing happen to him on that movie that he just put out, except he didn't change the name so he didn't got credit.

Dude, face it. The poster sucks and so will this movie (and believe me, I wish it wouldn't.). So far everything sucks or is kinda meh. The poster sucks, the trailer was meh and the promotion is MESSED UP!
Dude, let's really face it. Do you have design skills? Well, do you? If you do, then I challenge you to produce a poster. If you are just complaining cause it sounds like that all you are doing, then just do something about it or shut it. I am so tired all posters like you who dont have a lick of skill and whine. The Hulk is probably not even your favorite comic book hero. :whatever:

I like the poster - at least it's more than just Hulk's hand coming at you.

It looks great.

Hulk will probably have two things in common with the the first movie.

A.) It's vastly superior to almost every comic book film

B.) It's lambasted far more than films that it's far superior to.

As far as the Norton/Harrison controversy. I wonder if he is using a second name for his writing career. Separating him as an actor, and as a writer. One could hope.

Though, maybe the feud is going on, and Marvel is ruining any chance of a sequel. :csad:

Nice poster.

It definately evokes the mood of the Bixby/Ferrigno television show. Which as far as the general public goes, is certainly more of a positive than a negative.

BRAVO
this is how it should have been. a good hulk render with combination of norton.

itr makes me only more angry when i see those paintings in the merchandise thread.

this is an amazing poster. even the skin looks better. it doesnt look shiny. bravo.

p.s. the only thing that they forgot was to add the backlight on hulk. there is light coming and it should be visible around hes body.

I don't think so. Norton hasn't been credited as an Edward Harrison--he rewrote much of a Penelope Cruise film.

It's ok. I like the concept but there's still something about The Hulk's skin that bothers me. It looks rubbery or something. And Bruce Banner wearing jeans AND a jean jacket? Damn that combo has been out of fashion for years even here in Finland.

I think the poster would look better if Hulk was facing forward instead of his back being turned.
