Official Spider-Man 3 on DVD thread!

Take this as what it is, just something i tripped upon. But i was at DVDAF.com (a website to keep count of all the dvds you have and want)

And when i was typing in Spider-Man to put Spidey 3 on my 'Wish List', i came upon, what they say is the bonus disc that Walmart is giving out.

Go all the way down to the bottom of ht page and it says "The Villians of Spider-Man 3" So maybe, an in depth look at Sandman? Venom?

Region 1 DVD Trilogy back cover this set will only contain 5 discs.

That is so cheap of Sony not to include the Spider-Man 3 2 disc set in the trilogy pack with the other 2 disc sets. America got screwed this time around with not getting a better Spider-Man 3 dvd release (Collector's Set with special goodies).

You know your right. I didn't notice the releaste date on it, my bad.

But that would of been a good extra for the Spidey 3 dvd, just makes me wonder even more what the dvd will have in it.

TARGET-3 disc set, with exclusive artwork cover

BEST BUY-Free Spidey mask(s)...don't bother lol

FYE- the gift set...which is freakin $50!?!!?

WAL-MART...you should know by now lol

and im going to look for curiut citys ina bit, but there you have it guys! im gonna get mine at wal-mart and target!! i can't wait!!!

Well it seems like the Target one sounds the best so far having a bonus disc and alternate cover. SpiderRock88, by any chance can you (or anyone else) tell us what the dvd cover for that exclusive looks like if it's shown on the ads?

yeah, the Fan Web-i-sodes or something...lol and much more, well thats what the ad says...lol i like the cover tho, its the one with Spidey and has the Symbiote taking over and it shows his left arm covered in the black suit. its pretty cool

Guyverone, i din't have a scanner, but try looking at Target.com for the weekly ads...

Thanks SpiderRock88, I did try that but it only shows ads for this week and not the next. I don't ask for a scan but I was wondering if you could just tell us and not show us what the cover art looks like if it's shown.

EDIT: Oh oops you did describe the cover, sorry bout that, I missed it. I was hoping the cover would be The Battle Within one, oh well. Thanks again.

EDIT 2: I've got an update, seems that Kmart's exclusive is not all that special, just an interactive PC CD-ROM with the single disc edition. More details here: http://kmart.shoplocal.com/kmart/De...id=469419&pagenumber=10&listingid=-2092580264

So this seems to be pretty much it for Spider-Man 3 DVD exclusives and it seems that ultimately Target's exclusive is the one to get.

Wal-Mart exclusive (one disc) with bonus DVD (with color changing cover) and comic book

Target exclusive (2 disc) with alternate cover and extra disc (with fan webisodes and more)

Any DVDs from the UK would not play in the U.S. because you're a different region. All DVDs have region codes on them. We're region 2.

That's why they ask you what country you're from. DVDs don't play universally all over the world.

I don't know if this thing bothers you but the UK cuts of Spider-Man 2 and 2.1 have a shot of Spidey headbutting Doc Ock removed and replaced with a punch. Well the original releases anyway. The only version out in the UK that's said to be uncut is the Blu-ray version. But yeah it's a minor thing and I don't know if that bugs you but just letting ya know.
