So, there we have it. Yeah, probably still not worth it for the disc, but definately for the cover, and probably the production book.

"BUT the exclusive (Wal-Mart) disc seems to have a lot more features than the 2nd disc of the 2-disc edition. They are all listed on the back, but now that I think about it I believe it may have said '30 minutes of extra features' on the extra walmart disc.
The 2nd disc of the 2 disc edition would probably have more time than that, but I dont know for sure. I know it has a feature for each of the 3 villains and then some."
So, that sounds pretty intriguing to me. I think I'll be heading to Target and getting it there, but I'll also swing by Wal-Mart to check out this disc. Or, I may be able to get it the bonus disc on eBay. People are selling the Transformers bonus Wal-Mart disc, so I might not have to buy it at Wal-Mart get it that disc. However, the Transformers disc is going for 15 or more dollars on eBay, so it might be just about the same price to buy the Wal-Mart edition, too, so I can get the bonus disc, and the comic (which I don't really want, but if I had it, I'd probably keep it) and just sell the movie separately.
The next few hours are going to be so much fun! Going out and buying an awesome movie, getting the most awesome exclusives, and finally watching the movie and features again and again and again! It's like May 4th all over again...
