Holy crap. Big a fan as I am, even I didn't think it'd be that fast.

****ing monster.

Jones looked pretty damn impressive like he always does. I think he should fight Forrest since all the other top guys in the division are booked in fights.

Gomi KOing Griffin like that is huge. Looks like he still has something left from his big run a few years back.

Rich Franklin would be a better match for Jones.

Franklin's probably out for a while though. I heard that his arm was broken pretty bad. Forrest had the shoulder surgery, but I think he might be ready for a fight with Jones in November or so. I'd also like to see how Jones deals with another tall guy, and one who also throws a ton of kicks.

Franklin would be a great test too though. He's got much better striking than anyone gives him credit for, and he's not the type of guy you could rush without some consequences. Either fight needs to happen for Jones.

Very nice KO for Gomi!

Yeah, hopefully they give Jones a big name next. Maybe Franklin. Maybe winner of Bader/Lil Nog.

I totally want Chael to win. And I think he potentially can.

Chael is going to end up on another Anderson highlight reel. I'm thinking either flying knee while Chael is going for the takedown, a sub, or a crazy looking elbow from off his back.

No way Sonnen wins. I predict he gets knocked out within 3 minutes.

My picks for Saturday:

Anderson via KO/RD. 1

Alves via KO/RD. 1

Dos Santos via KO/RD. 1

Guida via Decision

Hughes via Decision

Can't wait to see Fitch/Alves.

Forrest would rather not. Forrest on the Daily Line He keeps it real &explains just how James Toney got into the UFC. Need a copy of his book.

He cocked back & socked the **** out of him. Munoz really didn't fight well IMO

I have liked Jon jones since he beat the am psycho, now I think I'm in love.

His fighting style is awesome, Greco wrestling is so much more exciting, I like guys who finish fights as well.

Also chael sonnen has talked so much ***** if he doesn't back it up he is going to look like and idiot.

Jones is still undefeated in my book..

I'd say he's ready to fight Shogun right now..

Quiet, you!!! That rule shouldn't even be there. Rogan explained how it came to be.

Yeah well Keith Kizer, director or the Nevada State Athletic Commission thinks otherwise.

"After halting the bout, Mazzagatti asked for the replay to determine whether the illegal blows contributed to the ending of the fight. When replays showed that the elbows scored directly to the eye, the disqualification result was issued. Because the illegal blows landed as part of the sequence that ended the fight, the ruling was made."

Joe Rogan........:hehe:

Jones dominated the whole fight, so, he wins in my book. Screw that DQ decision. :p

and I'm really undecided about Sonnen/Silva...It could really go either way. I think Chael wants it more and he's ready to back up all of his trash talk. Silva, with every title defense he probably gets more and more anxious and paranoid about losing. It's all up to his mental toughness right now.

and wow, Gomi and Okami pulling off victories...Nice.

I agree, he owned Hamill in every aspect of the fight but he blanked for a second and threw a couple of illegal elbows. I know Jones will never make the same mistake twice.

Don't forget, it's a violent sport and people can get seriously hurt if the rules aren't followed.

He is going to get his mouth punched in.

I can understand why people don't like Silva...but I also think it is a two way street.

If you want my title, come take it. It's not my job to come kick your ass, it's yours to come kick mine. I have the title I am the champ, come prove that you're better than me.

Anyone play king of the hill as a kid? I don't ever remember being on top and then going down to throw my friends farther down the hill, they would come to the top and push me off. my two cents.

I say Silva wins. Team Brazil will win more often then not in tonight's fights.

Wow...I didn't know the winner of Nelson/Dos Santos would face Lesnar next...or whoever wins after Lesnar/Velasquez.

Big props for Nelson hanging in there...

Nelson is pulling a Cabbage kind of fight right here...

He's got like, no energy left, but he's moving forward and taking these shots like a champ..

edit: Ya know, I agree with Joe. If Nelson dropped about 20lbs and improved his conditioning, he could easily be a champion. He's got excellent defense, hands, and power, but that big belly isn't gonna help him much past the first round..

Dos Santos is still a beast, but, like Joe said, he's pretty one-dimensional..
