my 3-week-old ipod video has just frozen on the "do not disconnect" sign
and nothing will make it go away.and the itunes does not recognize it
so theres no chance of ejecting it the traditional way and i've even disconnected it anyway and the thing still wont go away. i've tryed googling the problem and found out how to restart it by toogling "hold" then holding the center button, problem solved right? wrong it didn't do a damn thing. has this happened to anyone else? does anyone have a solution?

Take it back the store throw it at the guy and demand a new one :)

My ipods video screen recently when all funny with test patterns and it wouldnt allow me to change my music, so apple said they would replace it

You're still within warranty. Call Apple or take it back to the store you bought it at.
