Anyone ever find a old comic that you know is worth a lot and you get it for close to nothing? I got the 7th issue of x-men for 2 dollars at a resteraunt yesterday. It was sweet.

That's what I want to know. Does Arby's have a bin for old comics or something? Cuz if it does, how come I've never seen it?

I find some great deals on comics at Half Price Books all the time. Honestly, I do my back issue shopping there first before I go to a comic shop.

I got Amazing Spider-Man # 97, near mint condition, for 2 bucks at one of those stores before. God bless people who are desperate for cash.

I was doing back issue buying at half-priced books quite a bit....but, I've found I have been getting some better deals at mile high. For about an entire month, they took 50% off there already low price on some comics I had been wanting in NM condition, and right now they have an additional 40% going on. Many missing issues I want to fill in my collection are about 1.00-1.50...so, many issues I've been getting for about 50 cents.

nah but i like buying comics for 20p and then telling somebody on e-bay charging more that theyre ripping off fans.
