Does anyone recall the Digger arc in Amazing, when the conclusion was the revelation that Peter Parker had figured out how to beat the Hulk (and effectively killing him, of course)? Do you think this was just a JMS throwaway line, or do you think it was a sign of things to come? Recall also, earlier in that same issue, Pete refers to the idea of all the heroes silently observing each others' weaknesses, which could be construed as a reference to CW.

It could be completely meaningless, but I thought it was interesting. I doubt JMS had any advance knowledge about any of this (since most of their inceptions came after this issue was published), but it's still kind of interesting. I doubt Spidey will even be in the World War Hulk arc, to be honest.

if Ghost Rider is in WWH, there's no way Spider-Man wont be, as he's the most known Marvel character.

Or the fact that there's always that small part of them that distrusts the others, just like with everyone else.

All right, he'll probably be around. But I'm willing to bet his role in it will probably be about as big as it was in Onslaught.

Spidey is too busy solving his 'One More Day' to appear in WWH

What are you talking about? He saved Midtown from the Sentinels.
