I am going back to that place in a few months to get another pair. My saleslady is going to call me when they get in some new frames that I might like. But these ones will not be as $$$$$$. They stock only 1 of each type of frames. The owner travels to trade shows & buys different frames made in europe & south america.

AGain, you have completely missed the point. I purchased my $650 hand made French Alain Mikli eyewear because I can. Its not above my means. I have no kids.

My sister-in-law has 2 kids. The $5000 she wanted is for my nieces braces. But the thing is, she knew about this even before she came into the $20,000. She is a dental assistant, so there is NO way this is just an all of a sudden thing! Yet she made the choice to blow the money on other things, thinking someone would bail her out. Thats why its BS!

My sister-in-law needs to do 1 of 2 things:

get off her ass & start working full time

OR

go get a personal line of credit & take out a loan * make payments like everyone else.


I also told my parents that if they give in to her now, she will never stop. Thankfully, my parents are NOT going to give in.


Again, I put some $$$ down on my mortgage. I did not blow it. My sister-in-law put zero down on her mortgage or on their SUV.

its not a waste. I got a REALLY good deal on them, they were only $650 including lens & I also got those transitions lens that darken in sunlight or bright rooms. I also picked up a handy dandy HDTV dual tuner with PVR & subbed to NFL Sunday Ticket & I also get movie central HD & NFL network! And new wood laminate floors on my main floor
