Hi All, here's one I've been mulling over the last few days:

When has an omnipotent being ever interfered to keep things in a superhero universe on the right track? Is there a character who has done so without having a negative connotation, besides Uatu? Are the Monitors too villainous?

Pandora? Phantom Stranger?

Are there any omnipotent characters besides the Monitors whose job it is to make sure that things are on a positive, progressive path?

In the MU everyone constantly interferes all the time despite saying they shouldn't. The Watchers say they don't but they've interfered singularly and as a group before for various reasons and everyone from Galactus down does whatever they want or sends out people to pass messages along if they aren't 'officially' allowed to do anything. Eternity and the like show up to various people like Dr Strange and said things like 'Boy that thing over there sure is weird hunh? Be awesome if someone wanted to check it out or something. Hint hint."

The MU lets everyone get away with anything since they have more time to figure out loopholes when the universe doesn't get rebooted every decade. :o Ignoring that time Thanos did it and a few others that didn't really change anything. :p

There was direct intervention by the Living Tribunal and the One Above All I believe after the Infinity Gauntlet.

They decreed that the gems would not act as one anymore, basically stripping Adam Warlock of his omnipotence.

It was neat, even if the decree was short lived.

"Never again!" means "until otherwise considered like an okay thing to do" in the MU.

Well, Marvel had personified aspects of the universe fighting side by side with various alien species and superheroes after the War of Kings opened up a hole in reality to HP Lovecrafts wet dream. Seriously, everyone could turn into a tentacle monster with teeth.

Maybe the Spectre if you think vengeance is a positive thing.
