They've got a few crew members listed for Washington DC shoot but i've got no idea when that took place.A few posters on the imdb.com forums say that they're currently doing 2nd unit filming in London at the Eye aka Millenium Wheel in London, England.

Yes indeed, they've been filming using a helicopter around the London Eye and Big Ben. Probably doing insert shots etc.

Also, Doug has been filming outwith Vancouver, but I can't say where.
