my brother did the same thing with some sliding doors. Kept bobbing his head back and forth until eventually they slammed shut on his neck and wouldn't open. Moral of the story. Don't **** with sliding doors!

as for the original, it was definitely staged...probably the hawk was also owned by the family in question.

I'm guessing the cat one was real and they just thought (probably accurately) that everyone would think it was fake. It's not like animals are afforded the same protections in Europe as they are in the evil, fascist United States.
