The view count on the 'official uploaded' trailer is doing pretty well, especially for 4 days. Compared to the competition this bodes well.

And just like that, some people are aware this film exists, even if the trailer didn't premiere a month prior.

Issues with the movie from the trailor

Shredder being a "business man" trying to do things in "best interest of NYC" wtf? that isn't shredder at all.

What about him being from feudal japan as oroko saki and beefing with splinter and hamato yoshi.

No bebop & rocksteady (from what we seen)

April better be a news reporter and irma and vern better in as well.

The turtles look like 7'0 400 PED freaks. The faces, body everything looks bad.

No Krang

No Casey Jones.

No turtle van or copter

No pizza.

LOL at the "no Turtle Van" comment, someone doesn't pay very close attention to set pics and reports I take it.

Given his list, and assuming it's a about culmination, he can't have loved the previous set of films all that much. If things like the van are so important, maybe this will be the best tmnt film ever.

Still, the worst is when one makes assumptions based on a trailer.

There have been tons of cg creatures that look as such with not much talk of uncanny valley.

I personally think what's happening here is a battle against the ingrained. If this was the first anyone had ever seen of this property, live action or otherwise...I think the criticism would be more accurate.

Like I said a while back, no one actually get's into the valley talk when it comes to the very real looking gollum. They were smart in keeping the eyes cartoony, that's usually the ticket to messing these things up valley style.

It looks like a well designed cgi creature imo. Same with the hulk and many others.

Uhmmm, then again, Gollum was supposed to look creepy.

However the issue is, was gollum supposed to look 'Uncanny'? Cause that's what adding a nose and lips and human eyes...etc get you apparently.

I used to pride myself on not being too much of a fanboy and not minding too many changes and not being a purist. I even enjoyed Bay-formers

AND THEN I SAW THIS TRAILER.

Now i know what people mean when they say that a reboot killed their childhood. What the frak did I just watch? WTF?!

Knowing myself I'd probably go pay the $20 to go see the movie anyway. But seriously, WTF? was in that trailer?
