Pedro Pascal is Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic

I recall in Fan4stic, Reed hardly used his stretching abilities at all. Briefly in the first act as I recall, but hardly at all in the second act. Just the third act for the most part. It's like you almost forget he had stretching powers.

I like Pedro Pascal. I was skeptical at first, but he has that every-man quality about him and he is a fantastic performer indeed. I think he'll end up nailing the role.

The way detractors keep making it seem like Pascal has no range is absolutely wild to me. None of his performances are the same.

I'm definitely not going to comment on Pascal's acting ability. And there's a good chance he absolutely nails it with this movie.

But at this point...I'm not feeling it. Doesn't help that his character in the trailer probably isn't Reed at his best. But it's just "meh" at this point. If he nails it great. But can only work off what we've got at this point in time.

I think I've figured out the main problem I have with Pedro as Reed, or why its not clicking for me.

They didn't even really try to make him look like Reed. He looks more like Ted Cruz with a mustache and stubble than he does like Reed Richards.
