Personal tragedy

This I can relate to.

After reading it again...it seems like it did just happen...but I am not sure what happened 4 years ago then? I don't know man, maybe I need to borrow your dunce cap.

I never got the whole "celebrating somebody's life" thing when they die. If I got together with family to talk about what we liked about a dead person, that'd just make me even more sad.

My dad died after a long illness. Yet, at his funeral my brother told a story that reminded us soo much of what he had been like before he was sick. We laughed and cried at the same time. I wish I had a copy of that speech to show my son when he gets older.
