Homecoming Peter Parker or Spider-Man

I'm going to vote Peter Parker. Not that I don't want them to nail Spider-Man, but because I feel they've gotten closer to getting that side right in the past. A new film that gets Peter Parker 100% right would be something that stands out from the pack.

I agree. Peter Parker and the actor portraying him are the heart and soul of the character. If we're not connecting with him, or liking him, that's a big detriment to our overall perception.

I'll say Peter because, in my opinion, we haven't gotten a great portrayal of him yet. Andrew's Spider-Man was good, just wasn't a big fan of how he played Peter.

Ultimately Spiderman is the one we're going to see more of, especially as there are more and more crossovers. We're not going to see Peter Parker in the Avengers films very much for example. So I'd like both, but I'd prefer a good Spidey.

the hero wasn´t born as spider-man, he was born and raised as Peter Parker, ultimately Spider-man is Peter Parker without his insecurities... so for me the core of the character IS Peter Parker you get Peter right, you get Spider-man right...

Peter Parker. If i don't care about the soul behind it I don't care about the mask. That's something the MCU has done very well. I root for Captain America, Iron Man, The Hulk and Daredevil because of how much I like Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner and Matt Murdock.

Idk, I'd definitely love to have a wise-cracking and beautifully captured Spider-Man in a live action film (TASM2 gave us a great example of that) but having watched Spectacular Spider-Man, I actually quite a lot of the Spider-Man aspects boring. The only thing that made me want to carry on watching the series was Peter.

As others have pointed out, we're definitely going to be seeing more Spidey than Peter in the upcoming MCU films so I'd have to say Spidey.

It will be cool to see what Sony will do with the character in their animated 2018 film.

In an Avengers movie Id rather they get Spidey right. In a solo movie I'd rather they get Peter right.

Ideally I'd like both perfectly in both.
