Bobby Headbutted Pyro? The worst is trying to watch a certain scene in Batman MOTP where Ninja stars are used, since they can't be shown all you see is a guy standing up one minute then with no contact whatsoever he's on the ground! I wonder if they'll allow Michelangelo's Nunchucks in TMNT?

they didnt in the first movie.

Umm actually as far as i know the only headbutt cut in a film was spider-man2 but that was so they can have a pg rating.
The headbutt was definately in X3.

I really hope there isnt another sex scene in this one, thats one of the things that sucked about die another day. Bond films were best for implying sex but never showin it.

We may see some female flesh in the skinny dipping scene and also it did say in the script that we see a naked Vesper from behind in the torture sequence.
Yeah, but apparently we see no details in either scene. The skinny dipping scene has everything covered up by shadow and we never see Eva Green's butt.

O Really? Well I guess Ratner lied cuse that is what they said in the commentary but Ratner lieing isn't unusual:cwink:

I'm confused...how can a movie rated PG-13 (which is safe for kids 13 age and older) going to have NUDITY?

It's a shame...because when I was little I used to watch James Bond....that's what I like about the series...it's open to all ages.

No kidding, plus even if it isn't ass shot, it be a very brief breast shots unless it's done tastfully like Titanic, keep in mind that this is a pg-13 rating.
I heard Titanic paid the MPAA to get a PG-13.

I kind of wished it would've been Rated R.

But you can't everything...so I'm happy anyways.

CR will be one incredible film!

Many PG-13 movies these days have brief nudity (and this is just a shot of Craig's butt, so don't get freaked out). Remember TITANIC? That's tons more explicit than anything in CASINO ROYALE.

It's a shame...because when I was little I used to watch James Bond....that's what I like about the series...it's open to all ages.
Well, I don't think CASINO ROYALE really will bel. It's going to be intensely violent (I would cite examples of some of the gruesome moments, but won't seeing as they're spoilers).

But has Bond *ever* been truly family friendly? I think not. These are films made for adults, first and foremost.

if you have never seen a pg-13 movie with nudity, then you dont watch that many movies...

they even get away with nudity on tv

Yeah well Ratner dos'nt know what the **** he's on about because Icemans Headbutt is in the UK version.

Well it's obvious that it will be 12A (PG-13) in UK

Yeah and Britain. I heard they can't have headbutts and so they had to delete Bobby headbutting Pyro.:whatever:

I live in Britain and my spider-man 2 dvd not to mention what i saw at the cinema clearly showed spider-man head butting doc ock during their clock tower fight.

I wouldn't want a Bond movie to be anything over PG-13 anyway. While it is adult fare, for the most part he's a pop culture icon, and youngsters are still gonna want to see it.

Torture and nudity. Those are what's intriguing me most about the rating. Very very interesting in seeing it onscreen.

From Commanderbond.net

The UK rating of 12A was revealed for Casino Royale by the BBFC earlier this month, but there was one question many Bond fans were asking: will the brutal torture sequence between 007 and Le Chiffre remain intact?

The answer has been revealed today. According to the BBFC website, the UK cut of the film, specifically the torture sequence, has been edited to secure the 12A rating. The full message:

This film was originally seen by the BBFC in an unfinished version, for advice as to the film’s suitability at ‘12A’. The BBFC advised the company that the torture scene placed too much emphasis on both the infliction of pain and the sadism of the villain for the requested ‘12A’ category. When the completed version of the film was submitted for classification, reductions to the torture sequence had been made, including the removal of lingering shots of the rope, close shots of Bond’s facial reaction and the substitution of a more distant shot of the beating compared to the original version. This re-edited version of the scene was considered acceptable at ‘12A’, where the Guidelines permit violence provided there is no dwelling on detail or emphasis on injuries.

The US release of Casino Royale, which is rated PG-13, contains the entire torture sequence uncut.

Bond fans may remember that in the case of 2002’s Die Another Day, it was the US version that contained edits, specifically the sex scene between Halle Berry’s Jinx and Pierce Brosnan’s James Bond.

This sucks!

Damn, and I thought we were editing *****es here in the states. :o
