Photoshop CS4 tutorial

Recently, I've began to develop an interest to learn the Photoshop program. I can get a PS CS4 from my friend (who is hardly using it nowadays), but I'm looking for a good tutorial book or CD to teach all the tricks of the treat of this powerful program. Does anyone know any good ones?

It's free, it's effective, and its information is vast.
Now, if you simply MUST have something official, then I say get something like this.

But I still highly recommend just going online. You'll find everything you need there.
Just remember, knowing how to work the program is only the beginning.
