Looks like Jessica will be doing "The Eye" with Cruise producing....

This is a movie she really wanted to do, but Renee Zellweger was chosen. Renee has since dropped out of the project and Jessica has been announced in Variety as getting the part. She will be filming sometime in the winter.

Jessica and Tom talked about this a couple of summers ago, that was the talks that were rumored to be Tom interviewing Jessica to be his next girlfriend.....*big roll of eyes*.....

Lionsgate has picked up the thriller, The Eye from Paramount with Cruise/Wagner producing. They are also in negotiations with Jessica Alba to star in the movie.

The film is a remake of 2003 Hong Kong film, The Eye about a cornea transplant recipient who sees disturbing images in the mirror that send her on a quest to find out what happened to the eye's previous owner, says Variety.

The studio is also in talks to have David Moreau and Xavier Palud direct the remake of The Eye. It will shoot this winter, directly after Alba finishes shooting Fantastic Four 2.

I've never seen the orginal one. is it like the ring or more intense? This would be the first time shes near anything Horror since 99's Horror/comedy Idle Hands. I look for ward to this if it is indeed true.

I'm not sure that's such a good idea,to me an actor should concentrate on one character at a time

I'll rewatch and let you know, I haven't seen it for so long but I know I really liked it. I remember that it was pretty gross in terms of stuff that was going on, and creepy. From what I remember it was pretty intense. I have seen so many of these types of movies though so I'll watch again to be sure...

Well we don't know how things are gonna turn out until there done.

but yeah i kinda do think she might be just over working her self a bit this year. and next year will also be crazy with sll the promotional stuff she'll have to do.

Looks like Ioan is preparing for his role as Reed....at least with the hairstyle side of things!!! Here is a pic from the other day taken of him and his fiance Alice....his hair definitely looks shorter and it looks like it has a lighter shade on the side to me!! (There are a series of these photos and those light bits show up on all the pics). Compare it to the shot below, which was taken of him a couple of weeks ago where his curly hair was running rampant!!
