looks legit. it's a cool image. still don't think Chattyboy looks like Goku, but the hair is interesting. not sure i like it, but it's interesting and more like the cartoon hair than previous photos lead us to believe. it's weird how the spikes are in one row. anyway, hopefully this means we'll be seeing more official stuff soon.

Very true. This film does seem to be taking a more serious route, but who knows maybe when hes not fighting or training he is actually playful and jovial.

Dragonball Goku was never built. It was at the start of Dragonball Z that we started to see a more built Goku.

Goku was also a teenager/young adult in Dragonball. He was no child when he fought Piccolo at the World Tournament, and he was definitely not muscular:

I just think they needed more time for Justin to bulk up. There's always the sequel, though!

I would be annoyed if this is how he looked (muscle-wise) for a second film, especially if it involved a fight with Vegeta. There's little doubt in my mind that he'll be bulking up like Marsters for the second film. But this first one needs to be a success first: everyone thought Speed Racer would be a shoe-in for a sequel, and have lots of success at the box office, but now it looks like it will be lucky to get past $20 million for the weekend (quite pathetic).

Speed Racer is so unappealing, though. Who's it for??? the target audience is for grown men who watched the show and want some nostalgia.

Speed racer is a pg cheese fest with tons of over the top video game graphics, that anyone over the age of 12 would get a headache over. Its a acid trip for people who dont do acid.
