He said it's very much classic Spidey but also said it's not like the other movie suits. Not so conflicting... look at the first ASM suit compared to the Raimi suit. Not alike but still recognizable as Spider-Man.

I'm betting it'll be something like this... thick black around the lenses and actual black webbing, not that raised webbing Sony is fond of.
