I was always crossing my fingers for Rashida Jones myself.

Oh me too. just with the dark hair light eyes that hard a determined look about her she is the first to spring to mind. Aesthetically speaking I think Lizzy but full package Rashida hands down. Also Tina Fey for a slightly more of beat take.
