Happy Gilmore came on the other day and I decided to watch it. Man, I forgot how funny that movie was and how great Sandler was in that.
And here we are today with turd after turd coming from Sandler. Anyone know how big the budget is for this film? From what I've read, Sandler makes these lower budget crap fest, toilet humor themed movies, that make really good returns for studios. Thus, his continued ability to write and lead movie after movie.
Anyone here seen the movie Idiocracy? Has Sandlers continued success shown that we've arrived at that door?

Yeah, i didn't quite elaborate where I was intending to go with my previous post. Got side tracked on Idiocracy.

This movie looks like it has a decent budget. A rarity for today's Sandler movie....

Same here, I like the whole idea and concept, but the casting choices kills it for me.
