we in Chi have DEEP deep dish pizza, depending on where you go, but cut in squares?!?... never heard of THAT for a deep dish...

Eating Pizza with a Knife and Fork is how it is traditionally eaten in Italy where Pizza's are not pre-sliced so they cut it at the table and then might eat it with their hands.

Eating with a Knife and Fork makings sense when a uncut Pizza is served to you straight out of a stone baked oven unless you like being burned by molten cheese and tomato sauce.

I can't turn down free pizza. Even bad pizza is good. But dude, let's be real. I'll put this in Chi-town terms you'll get. Chi pizza is the Scottie Pippen to New York pizza's Michael Jordan.

One of my favorite pizzas, certainly from a chain place, is the Tropical Chicken from Boston's. Bacon, chicken, pineapple, cheddar, mozzarella, with Alfredo sauce. Great stuff.
