I luv Hawaiian pizza, but my favorite has gotta be teh peperoni, ground sausage and green pepper booyah!
 
Canadian or All-Meat. Honestly though, as long as it's not Hawaiian (the taste of pineapple throws the whole thing out of whack) or Vegetarian I'm good.
 
All meat is good too. Especially bacon.

By the way, Kev, what do you guys call Canadian bacon up there?

Oh my God! I remember those! They were so good too. They were quite literally a Pizza Pie. It's funny. I'd ask people my age or older about the Priazzo and they'd look at me weird like I was making it up. It's nice to know my memory is not faulty.
 
Well, peameal bacon is a thing, if that's what the term "Canadian bacon" means.

Peameal bacon is pork loin pickled in brine, then rolled in cornmeal. I prefer it to regular bacon, but I can't recall ever having it on a pizza. I usually have it either on the plate, in an omelet, in a sandwich, or on a burger.

Canadian bacon is smoked pork loin.
 
Provencal style: olives, capers, anchovies, herbs...something tomato scented and a soupcon of cheese soldered somewhere onto that catwalk thin, batter-crisp base. Lots of red wine. Lots of earnest conversation. The world set to right. Goodbyes. Moonlight. Bed.
 
Having grown up in the Chicago area I've had both cuts. It really depends on what STYLE you have. Deep Dish (being my fave) I prefer the pie cut, BUT the thin crust I like the square cut.
