It will be interesting to see if many peoples lists have changed much, with the addition of so many new characters. Prometheus was an excellent villain, and Rene and Dinah were good additions IMO.

 

[Jedi Arrow]

I'm definitely moving Prometheus to my #1 villain, keeping Slade at #2 and, sadly, bumping Merlyn down to #3. Merlyn was a fantastic villain in S1, so it's not that he's a worse villain than either Chase or Slade, but those two has such personal conflicts with Oliver that it'd be hard to beat them.

Favourite action sequences
Tough one because there are a lot of really good action sequences in the show!

Favourite Team Arrow Characters: Well Ollie's number one, but Dig has to be next, he's the ultimate guy you want watching your back.


Favourite Male Characters : Ollie, Dig - and Quentin, because he's so flawed, but tries to do the right thing.

Favourite Female Characters: Felicity and when she was on the show Sarah Lance ( she's the best character on LOT) and Nyssa. Felicity gets top billing because she is just as tough as the others, but has to think her way out of trouble rather than resort to violence as a first option.


Favourite Island Characters: Slade

Favourite Villains: Merlyn, best frenemy ever, and of course Slade.


Favourite Seasons: season 3 , I thought the league of assassins arc was well done.

Favourite Episodes: Season 5 Spectre of the Gun - because it showed that there are many sides to the gun control issue and handled it reasonably intelligently for a cw superhero show.

Season 5 finale has to be one of the GOAT episodes, certainly the strongest finale - I mean, Ollie neck snaps Dolph freakiin Lundgren, that's awesome.

Favourite Scenes


Favourite Action Scenes: too many to mention. But the most meaningful fight scene was when Ollie took out Slade's eye.

I thought the fight scene in the Invasion episode - where they fight all their enemies while in the dream of how life could have been, was well done.



Favourite Storylines: I liked the season 3 League of Assassins storyline, because I liked the idea of Ra's Al Ghul wanting a successor.

I have loved the crossovers mostly because Ollie and Barry have a great dynamic when working together.


Favourite Character Arcs: Quentin Lance has probably grown the most as a character and been through some real highs and lows - I like Q as a character because he's not a super assassin or vigilante, he kind of represents the ordinary man's perspective in Arrow's crazy world.


Another favorite of mine is this line from Flash vs Arrow

Caitlin Snow: Barry has super powers. Oliver has a bow and arrow.

John Diggle: Do you have any idea how many people Oliver has killed with that bow and arrow?

I like this line because it immediately draws a distinction between the types of hero that Ollie and Barry are - Barry can afford not to kill his enemies, and while Ollie was originally a murderous vigilante, even in his present mode of trying to take prisoners, sometimes Ollie doesn't have that luxury.
