I agree with all that and I'd want Star Sapphire. Eventually I wouldn't mind seeing other colored Lantern's, but that can come in another trilogy or series of films perhaps.

Sinestro Corps War and The Blackest Night are pure cinema, but they'd have to be tweaked to take out all the superheroes of it. But I'd like it.

4°: Abin Sur transporting Atrocitus to Earth and feeling fear for one second, causing his death.

3°: Sinestro intercepting Hal in mid-flight and destroying his Jet, lecturing him, being put in his place and reconstructing the jet piece by piece.

2°: Hal using his power ring to creat a hologram of his father, so he can say good-bye.

1°: Hal overcoming fear and being able to use his ring against yellow when not even Sinestro could.

Basically one of the classic scenes that most books show, the entire GL Corps in a full screen shot just out in space hovering or flying towards an enemy or destination. This will be made for IMAX, I tells ya.

Sinestro finds the Guardians of Universe uneffective and reunites an small group of Green Lanterns who share his visions for a two-fronts attack. One faction goes to destroy Mogo, who's responsible for guiding the rings to it's bearers, and the other attacks Oa to destroy the Guardians. Hal, after escaping one of Sinestro's trapps aided by Korugarian Resistence leader Katma Tui, goes to Oa impeach Sinestro, while Kilowog and Guy Gardner go to Mogo. Action ensues as the good Green Lanterns and the bad Green Lanterns battle on Mogo and Oa. Hal leads the Lanterns and, after a big showdown, defeats Sinestro, while Guy saves Mogo from a yellow bomb Sinestro's faction planted. All the traidors still living are under arrested and send to the Anti-Matter Universe. Sinestro watches as his ring goes to Katma, and she becomes the new Green Lantern of his Sector. He swears revenge on the Corps and especially on Hal Jordan, as he dissolves into thin air and wakes up on Qward.

I don't know, it's still weak, but I like where it is going.
