Well I gotta say, it looks better than I thought. I mean a good sign is that I didn't get a "this is gonna be ****" vibe from it like I did with Legion.

Hi,

I don't know the original material but from the trailer it looks generic, post apocalyptic Earth, bastion city, rogue hero from a religious/political/police order.
Anyway, I like the designs ( the outer city wall, the train and the bikes ), Bettany is easy on the eyes and not a bad actor ( I like him in Far Side of the Word ).
I will see it but not in theater.

The commentaries on the article are right : Judge Dredd meet Legion.

Holy cow the story has changed alot since the initial treatment, lol! In any case the trailer looks excellent. Problem is the movie is in all likelyhood going to be a disaster, like most genre films that start out as interesting concepts. I don't even remember the last time I saw a really interesting trailer of a genre film that turned out to be a great movie. I don't think one has existed. This is why I've pretty much given up on the genre.
