That thing is dead. They wanted to do to because of a cut reference to Frozen in the remake. Prince Anders was supposed to be mentioned to be from the Southern Isles and therefore implied one of Hans' brothers, but Disney made them remove that bit. Plus, that was a character who's barely in the movie and nobody really cared about him.

Hemsworth is a bad choice. I would even say Hems is a little bit too old for this role already. A prince in his 40s screams midlife crisis or Prince Charles. His love interest will be in his 20s for sure. Also, I prefer Prince Charming slimer.
