Problems with DeviantART

I just bought the big, bonafide subscription to deviantart.com, but it's not showing up. That's just great, because I have all these wallpapers I want to download to my phone and I can't. "Sorry ClayFirefly, you need to purchase a subscription first".

I've emailed them twice and they still haven't gotten to me! Gargh

dev art is full of glitchs at the moment, from the changed to there new site layout a lot of things have been going wrong, i'm also not sure how long it takes for a subscritpion to be processed,
