bad experience with seller/shh member

hey guys, so I ordered a set of wolverine claws from a guy named Jordi Perez from Spain about a month before the movie came out. He guaranteed me that i would have them in time for the midnight showing. Not only did I not get them in time for the premiere, I still haven't gotten them! I've emailed him dozens of times, and at first he was very polite and apologetic about the delay, but as time went on, he barely ever responded to my emails and his excuses got really lame. He is on SHH! as Kaiwalkerz. First of all, I don't recommend him obviously. Second, what should I do about getting my claws and/or money back?

you got screwed by Ncrawler333? he went out of his way for me (and I think SsM as well) last year at comic-con and picked me up a couple of different items. haven't seem him on here in awhile though. didn't think he was the type of guy to leave anybody hanging though.

I know....I don't want to think that either.....and I've not said anything ill about him.....I just think....it sort of happened......Like...I've yet to buy the things he was to send me....in hoped of still getting them from him....but yeah, he apparently left the hype....He and FTB talked via tex about a trade and FTB mentioned it to him....he said he wanted to get in touch with me....FTB gave him my info....but I've yet to hear.

I just really want my stuff though......

So after not hearing back for 3 months, I tried messaging him through the SHH, eBay, and finally via his paypal email. I got a response this morning, saying I'd get my money back.

Now before I get into what it said, I have to tell you that a couple of emails before he disappeared, Jordi told me he had "some stuff" going on in his life, that was taking priority over making claws.

So I got emailed back this morning, from marina barbra (the paypal account holders name) saying she was Jordis girlfriend. Jordi passes away 2 weeks ago, and had been in the hospital for the last two and a half months.

I feel like such an *******.

I think (if it was fake) then they got the money, with the intention of doing the job, then just not doing the job, due to one or more of many reasons, like maybe being lazy or just not having the time. And of course intending to either do the job or return the money, not happeneing right away for many reasons...then to avoid wrath, conjured up the death story....though it is a doozy.

or the guy died. Either way, you're in the clear, you had no idea.
