Well, since I'm the one who said they looked purple to me, I suppose this comment is addressed to me.

They look purple. To me anyway. They are Elizabeth Tayloresque blues...and she was unique. These just look weird to me. Even though they are eye contacts they can still make an effort to have them look natural, no? I feel that, on a whole, the make-up department really failed this actress aesthetically this go 'round. Jessica is a beautiful woman--but these grooming choices do not flatter her.



I'm not grasping for anything actually; I'm just telling it like it is--from my vantage point, that's all. And since the Invisible Woman is my favorite FF character (coupled with the fact that I've been one of Jessica's supporters) I have a right to offer constructive criticism like anyone else.

Actually I didn't recall who said they looked purple.
Compared with her logo, they do lean towards purple I suppose. Especially on B.U.M.'s wallpaper. I still think they're in the blue range, though.
But obviously you're not in the hater or "grasping for things to dislike" category.
There are several posts early on in this thread that are little more than slams on Alba's looks, the way I read them. That's gotten old.

Sounds like LS is a little dicouraged, hey dude, tomorrow the sun will come up you will still be the best mod on the Hype and eventually all the regulars will come by and the hype for the new movie will ramp up.

This isn't anything to get all tore up about. They are just static face shots, photoshopped all to hell and back. They could easily be images from the first movie, as there are no elements from the film in them.
I agree with a poster on the first page...Reed Richards looks like a corpse.
ALso, you can see MIchael Chiklis' lips inside Thing's mouth.
