Hellfire Gala would serve no purpose in the movies.

Its number one purpose in the comics is to sell variant covers. Even though Galas can be fun and fashionable, the X-Men aren't an elite part of the society that would be throwing such events.

I prefer a Genosha adaptation over Krakoa tbh. I guess it doesn't have to be an 'either/or' situation but I don't like the Krakoa era as a whole. Cool concept & idea, so maybe MCU can take it & run like they did for Civil War.

Ideal first villains would be:
- John Sublime & the U-Men
- Karl Lykos
- Friends of Humanity
- Project Wideawake / Sentinels
- Magneto & Brotherhood of Evil Mutants

The Krakoan Era is a confusing mess. Maybe in X-Men 10, they could pull it off. But they aren't even filming movie #1 yet.

I think Marvel Studios is just itching to feature someone who hasn't been used in the Fox movies, similar to how they used Cassandra Nova right away even though the X-Men team weren't present in Deadpool & Wolverine.

Mr. Sinister is actually more interesting choice than Apocalypse and Magneto, and who knows if MCU would build up Mr. Sinister as a long term character like Loki, or one time villain like most MCU villains.

My bigger concern is Marvel somehow creating Sinister to link him to gender affirming care. Kind of what Slott did to Franklin Richards.

I'd feel more confident if they finally start slowing down their amount of annual releases, and X-Men wouldn't need to wait for those other projects to come out first.

If the 10 year plan of X-Men, means there wouldn't be so many other ips getting their own movie, every 3 months there won't be a new MCU show or a new season and we don't have to wait 4 years for a movie sequel, okay. I'd feel excited about it.

The thing is Marvel Studios could have released a X-Men film by now. But Deadpool (with Wolverine) and Fantastic 4 got the opportunity first. While Ips like Eternals and Natasha (who was already killed) who aren't even in Doomsday, got their own movie before the X-Men.

Even though I'm excited to see the X-Men in Doomsday, the X-Men are the only ones in Doomsday, not to headline their own MCU movie yet.

I just want them to reveal who is playing the MCU version of the X-Men characters.

Let the fox versions stay with the Deadpool franchise.

I would like Bastion and Friends of humanity for villains for 1st movie. To set mutant background
Sinistre for sequel

Xmen must be active for several years and already battle Magneto and Inner circle in the past.
Magnéto Mystique Rogue Pyro Avalanche Toad were the former brotherhood then Rogue left and seek refuge in xmen group.
Every X characters must have flashback about their past

Will be really interesting to see how many mutant projects Feige will do in those first 10 years.
Id bet some money various fans will be surprised with some projects getting the greenlight.
