No. Eon died a long time ago. His "daughter" Epoch is still around as far as I know.

No idea. I can't figure out how Annihlus could suck out Quasar's energy, especially since Quasar himself can do the same thing. Quasar's whole schtick is that he can control energy. I've seen him siphon energy from the Silver Surfer, Annihilus shouldn't have been any problem.

The Living Tribunal cannot take away the Starbrand. It comes from a different universe, a power he really has no dominion over. Many who have had it have either tried to get rid of it or had someone try to take it from them. But it always leaves a minor trace of itself behind. And the trace regrows back to full strength. Plus, the Brand wearer can move the brand to any point on their body.

I haven't read the story but I'd bet that Q let the Living Tribunal take the majority of the Starbrand power and then while he was distracted moved the Starbrand to a place where it could be camoflaged. Let's say under one of his power bands which cannot be removed. And while wearers of the Starbrand are depleted of power they can be "killed", but they do get better.

He'll be back.

There is no trace of the Starbrand left on Quasar. And apparently, the LT does hold such power.

In all the universes (multi-, omni-, or mega-) there is only one Living Tribunal. He is the same in all universes. And he pretty much has the power to do whatever he damn well pleases in any of those universes.

I really dont have a theory on Annhilus, I just know that those things havnt been established yet.

In FF Foes wasnt he trying to regain control of his kingdom from an Usurper/Clone ?

The way he was against Quasar demands that somehow he got a power boost. He could not absorb energy in this manner before.

But Annhilus himself is known to be a stange entity, possibly some sort of collective, perhaps he absorbed his usurper and newfound power and decided to finally act on his impulse of ending all life.

What's that ol' physics chestnut...energy can't be created or destroyed just transformed? I wouldn't mourn Quasar's death like a bunch of you do, but it was still kindy iffy how it happened. My guess? Either Quasar is in the containment rod or whatever it's called or in the Quantum Bands. He'll probably help the others defeat Annihilus by attacking from within and busting out at a crucial moment.

It's too early to tell. And, frankly, I've enjoyed my comics too much this week to wear the cynic, jaded, bashing comic "fan" so soon after it.

To be honest, I was not familiar with Annihilus before now. But, if he feels powerful enough to take on Galactus, he must know something we don't.

I think Quasar will be back.
