Question about Oblivion

So i just bought it. I've only got like 5 hours worth of play time (full time job keeps me away), but I freakin love it.

Here's a simple question: Is it possible to change your character's physical appearance (after leaving the sewers, of course)? I'm talking about hair, age, stuff like that. If so, how/where?

Sadly you can't. I actually have a gamesave right at the end of the sewer where I just start my new games from. I really hate doing that whole sewer bit again and again.
