It's impossible...Sony won't take these kind of risks UNLESS, they are afraid that Pirates 3, opening later that May, could cause a dent in their revenue, as Dead Man's chest already grossed over $1Billion. So lets hope that this ain't be the case. Our only hope is to wait for a few days and we shall see the true info.

that don't really make since, i mean, even if they are doing a few re shots, the movie still isn't out for another 8 mouth, they can't do re shots, editing and cgi work in 6-8 mouths time, for an on time release, com'on.
maybe he meant, that filming was going to continue for another 3 mouth, tha the final stages of production was being delay, not the release date.

The movie didn't had three months of reshoots. It had three DAYS of reshoots. Quite a big difference.

total BS, they're doing pickups right now, or possibly done with them. Re-shoots maybe in November/december. They have plenty of time.

Also...if you read the first post...I can guarantee you that he is spinning the information we received last month about the re-shoots. Sam said he was calling everyone back to shoot some more scenes and everyone threw it way out of proportion.

wasn't this already announced a few weeks back?
3 months is a bit excessive...but when you think about it...that would mean they'd finish around December...and still have 5 months of post production...its plenty of time, and lucky for them, they got off to a very early start to film this one...which means more time to complete and perfect.
