Sorry, I ****ing love X-Factor and Raimondi did the Madrox mini-series. I always wondered why he wasnt on art duties on X-Factor, but looks like someone read my mind. YAY!

I enjoyed his work on Madrox, but I would still give anything to have Sook back and on top of his game. Callero was almost enough for me to drop the book - but luckily it's the best read Marvel has to offer.

Yeah, I miss Sook too, but Raimondi is the second best thing in my mind.

Meh, Sook's the best, and I really like Callero, and I'm okay with Raimondi, but I prefer either of the first two. The Madrox art was good, don't get me wrong (and the cover looks really good), but I'd rather stick with Callero.

Good stuff:up:

Is Sook still gonna be doing teh covers. I need SOME Sook at least:(

Heh...the Hype searched far and long for this thread. Anyway, there's a really nice interview with Raimondi on Newsarama about his work on X-Factor and Madrox. He's one of the most underrated artists in the game and it's nice to see him get a headline interview on a major comics website. Looks like he'd be sticking around for a long time, too.

Can't wait. Looks to be one hell of an issue.

I know, but this one more so. Poor Rahne. Having to be shipped of to X-Force.

Yeah, I meant editorially. I hope she comes back real quick.

Art looks nice, Inker is a little heavy-handed in those preview pages though... it's called dynamics!!
Still looks awesome however, I'll be pickin this up f' sho

Jamie's 'M' tattoo is gone.

But the original Jamie woke up with the tattoo in the infirmary.

Did Raimondi get a new inker or colorist?

It reminds me more of his MadroX art.

Raimondi is awesome. One of my favorites. Unfortunately, he can't keep a deadline to save his life, and Marvel compounds this problem by allowing him to ink his own work. (or, at least, he was) Between that and the crossover madness, X-Factor is suffering, and is no longer one of the elite comics, even though it should be.

His Madrox and Books of Doom (incredibly inked by Mark Farmer!) were absolutely fantastic, and so is his X-Factor, and in a perfect world, he'd be drawing it as a monthly series, as he's perfect for the title, but he's better suited to be drawing various mini series type projects, or even a 12 issue maxi series like The Twelve. Something without a monthly deadline.

He's been keeping his schedule on X-Factor better than Ryan Sook did. By the second issue, Sook was only drawing half of the book.

How is Layla back? The only Messiah CompleX books I've been reading are X-Factor, cause I buy it anyway and I'm not dropping it cause of some ******ed X-over. But it was my understanding she was caught in the future, and you know, dead? And where the hell did Jamie's tatoo go?
