Ahh gotcha
I certainly haven't seen every DC film, so I hear ya, but I still had to watch BvS and Justice League, just out of some sort of geeky obligation... but it took me quite a while to see WW, and god knows when I'll watch Aquaman... probably whenever it hits HBO and I'm bored, lol

I know, i tried to watch IW but i didnt understand wtf was happening, at leas the partfew mins i saw so i quit i guess i need to see everything to understand

With Ragnarok i've only seen 8 Marvel films (almost all of them from Phase 1 and some from Phase 2) with Ragnarok they turned Thor in this generic persona/character as this film could have been Iron Man or Cap America, now you can tell the difference between the personality of any Avenger, full of lame comedy, Hulk is lame, the sometimes the use of the music is tragic, etc..... meh.... visually it does have some moments but the generic Marvel formula and them lame comedy totally killed it for me

End the third act, lmao laaaaaaaaaaaaame, we have Avatar's Zuko destroying it's own planet, Shrek fighting Sauron as a joke and then Hela fighting with Sauron for like 1 sec before the whole thing explode lmao

Ive only seen 8 movies for the same reason, i dont like the excesive comedy and the childish tone on them, i placed Ragnarok as the worst MCU film i have watch, i know im in the minority, idc.. i thought it was dumb and the comedy was too much lmao

If you watch the progression of Thor as character it's different from what he was in the first film, at some point in the progression of Marvel characters u cant tell any difference between Iron Man, Cap America, or Thor, basically Disney/Marvel IMO made them all have the same goofy personality, when it comes to his sense of humour, Thor now seems less and less distinct from the rest of Marvel heroes, change the background and the heroe and it work for any Marvel character. he’s funny in that very specific way Marvel pictures all them characters.

And the comedy in the Marvel films to me is lame, maybe cuz im not american and often i found them sense of humor a lil bit dumb, that's why i used that adjetive a lot, to me is full of lame jokes and cliches, like watching a very bad Adam Sandler film

If you enjoy them and that's what u like, its fine, but for me it's still lame, taste is subjective and personal, so yeah, to me it's the worst one, ain't that deep lmao

You really haven't watched the MCU if you think that you can't tell any difference between Thor, IM or Cap since their original movies.

Especially if you think Cap is "goofy" even after watching TFA & TWS. The changes from the original IM, Thor & Cap movies through how they are on IW and what they go through is pretty riveting and drastic.

However, it's obvious especially because of your own words and your subtle and not so subtle snipes at almost all the MCU movies, that you're more of a DC fan so regardless of tone you don't seem to be into these characters.

I have no problem with people thinking differently than I on films, but I can't see any legit argument for that Iron Man, Cap and Thor aren't distinctly different characters. To arrive at that conclusion you'd have to avoid going much deeper into analysis than noting that they are all male superheroes.

Ragnarok also isn't very American in its style. The film is very much a Taika Waititi film, and he is of course from New Zeeland which shows in his comedic sensibilities. That's closer to British humor than American.
