Agree on the avatars splitting up the posts. Don't care for that.

I'd rather have the usernames on the left side of posts, like the old layout. Having the usernames above is just a bunch of empty space between each post, which makes reading through a topic unintuitive.

The Xenforo skin I can give you does that.

The original look was on a different software with different functionality, so that's unlikely. Maybe in time they can create a skin that has a similar look, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon. They've still got a lot to work out just with the basics at the moment.

I think that updates are usually necessary and most of us seem to have adapted to the new way of things pretty well. That said I do think it's telling that there were so many requests to change the preference to something other than the default design with its aesthetic that was more integrated with the look of the main site.

Yeah, hopefully they can get us some new skin options soon. I'm actually like the one person who prefers the default over the "Xenforo" skin as it just looks more professional and Hype-like to me, but I definitely get the complaints.

It's tough for me to rate this. I can get used to it with the light blue skin, but with no ads we may not get to keep it. I absolutely hate the two default skins. Like a LOT.

Some using gifs as their sigs is a bit distracting. But two dancing ladies might sound hnnngh. I don't know yet.

I turned off showing my online status but it's still showing when I'm online. Is there a way to fix that?

Overall I don't hate the new layout, like others I've been through forum changes before, but I would like an option for a background that isn't white. It's pretty bright.

If you are hiding your online status then no one else will see you are online even though you will see the green pulse.

Okay, the ignore member feature works too well. I just saw a poster having a one-sided discussion about something out of the blue before I realized they were responding to another member I have on ignore.

This also includes the quoted member(s) as well so the unignored member's post looks like they are arguing with an invisible person's quoted comments. Which they sort of are.

Fortunately there is an "show ignored content" button at the bottom of the thread.

Hey Sniper... How did you "luck" into this gig of babysitti... I mean, Admining for us here on the Hype? Were you an old member or something? Or were you assigned or something? Not trying to pry, just wanna get to know you.

Some of the problems like colors of fonts being hard to see and such should be addressed at some point. I don't want to mess with it because the theme isn't really my department and whatever I change will probably get changed again by someone else anyway haha.
